Alertness is in the Can

Take a deep breath... this product, called OXYfit, is claimed to imporve your concentration when driving - by giving you a shot of oxygen. The maker says a blast of its propellant-free oxygen helps drivers combat fatigue, relieve stress, and improve concentration. The motorist simply inhales and after about 8 to 10 breaths, OXYfit says the benefits start to kick in. Researchers at the Albert-Ludwig Unversity in Freiburg, Germany, say this is more beneficial than a cup of coffee in helping drivers to perk up.

Oxyfit

Pure oxygen in a can; an odd idea, but a good one nonetheless. Helps to revive your brain when you're tired, so should make a good instant freshener for long-distance drivers. We wouldn't recommend trying to use it while driving of course, and it's expensive, but it's a good, clean alternative to coffee and caffeine pills.
